With a demonstrated track record in getting new initiatives funded and delivered, Infusion Consulting’s principal consultant, Dr Paul Dalby, has secured over $250 million to date in funding for research and government programs.

Paul has provided strategic advice to research directors, faculty Deans and DVCRs, as well as helping to develop high level strategic research plans.

He also helps research organisations improve their focus on industry-driven research and transformational inter-disciplinary research, bringing new ideas and techniques into more traditional scientific disciplines.

Funding bid successes include:

• CRC High Performance Soils

Bid writer for CRC High Performance Soils, successfully funded with $39.5 million from the CRC Program and $136.8 million by partners.

• Sub-soils project

Business case writer for a research, extension and demonstration program to address sub-soil limitations to crop production on poorly fertile soils, which was supported with $2 million funding.
