Past projects and experience include:

• Water plan for the Alinytjara Wilurara Natural Resources Management Region

Developed a world-leading water plan for the region, which covers 25% of South Australia, giving traditional Aboriginal owners a final say on major water affecting activities. The plan ensures sustainable water use, making provisions for economic development activities and seeks to minimise overhead costs.

• Science Review of Water Allocation Planning

Led a team of 60 to develop the technical evidence that supported the world’s first legislation to account for forestry abstraction of water in water allocation planning.

• South Australian Water Strategy

Reviewed the South Australian water strategy “Water for Good”, making recommendations to the Minister on the next stage of water reform for South Australia.
